All who are interested in attending Lookout Mountain School of Horseshoeing please use the form below as our online enrollment application. I understand that the school may accept or reject the application without notice or explanation.  NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY TO ATTEND. TETANUS SHOTS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL STUDENTS.

Class Deposit: Once you have submitted your application here online, please send a $250 deposit either by check, money order, or cashier’s check. Make it payable to Lookout Mountain School of Horseshoeing, 400 Lewis Road Gadsden, Alabama 35904. That will secure your spot for the class you are registering for at LMSH. If under 21 both parents or legal guardian must sign an additional hard copy mailed to our address.

I will assume and accept all responsibility for any accident or injury which I may suffer during the time of enrollment, as well as any compensation time. I further release and discharge LOOKOUT MOUNTAIN SCHOOL OF HORSESHOEING, its owners, instructors, horse owners, and any landowner in which a class or training is taking place, in all suits, actions, and all causes of act, under the terms herein set forth.
